Canceling Your Subscription

How to cancel your Ambrook subscription on web, or request cancellation if you're on an annual plan.

How you cancel depends on your plan. Monthly and free-trial customers can cancel themselves on the web. Annual customers past their trial, just send us a quick message!

Cancellation isn't available in the mobile app yet! You'll need to use a web browser.

If you're on a monthly plan or free trial

You can cancel your subscription yourself on the web:

  1. Log into your account at ambrook.com.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Click Subscription.

  4. Click Cancel.

If you're on an annual plan (past your free trial)

Just reply to this message and our support team will take care of it for you. You can also reach us anytime at support@ambrook.com.

Your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing period.

Not sure which plan you're on? Go to Settings → Subscription to see your current plan and billing details.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I cancel from the Ambrook mobile app? A: Not yet! Cancellation isn't available in the mobile app. To cancel, log in on a web browser at ambrook.com and go to Settings → Subscription.

Q: What happens to my access after I cancel? A: If you're on an annual plan, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period.

Q: I'm on an annual plan. Why can't I cancel myself? A: Annual cancellations are handled by our support team. Reply to this message or email support@ambrook.com and we'll take care of it for you.
