We'll match you based on your needs and introduce you by email. Your advisor will be added to your account as a team member — you can manage their access anytime in Settings → Team.
Your Ambrook subscription price is not affected by working with a Certified Advisor.
For Certified Advisors: Adding Clients and Billing
Adding a client who already has an Ambrook account
Ask your client to go to Settings → Team → Invite and send an invite to your email address. You'll receive an email to accept and gain access to their account.
Adding a client who does not have an Ambrook account
If your client doesn't have an Ambrook account yet, contact our support team and we'll set one up for them. Once their subscription is active, a 30% discount is automatically applied to their first 12 months. The 30% discount applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Delegated billing
If you'd like to pay for your client's subscription directly and bill them yourself:
Contact our support team to have the client's organization added under your account.
Add a payment method for that organization in Settings → Subscriptions.
Our team will apply the 30% discount to their subscription (first 12 months).
You invoice your client directly. You can pass along some, all, or none of the discount — that's up to you.
Note: After 12 months, the subscription renews at full price.
