To add an extra layer of security to protect your account from malicious activity, Ambrook supports 2-step verification (sometimes called two-factor authentication) via SMS text messages. This helps ensure that if your password gets stolen, your Ambrook data will stay safe. After setting up 2-step verification, each time you log in to Ambrook, we’ll send a confirmation code to the configured phone number to confirm your identity.

Enable 2-Step Verification

In Settings -> Profile, switch on 2-Step Verification. If prompted, log in again to confirm your identity, and then enter a phone number that can receive text messages.

Once you enter your phone number, we’ll text you a code and ask you to enter it to finish the setup process. Your account will then be protected from unwanted access.

Note: This setting only applies to your account, so other team members in your organization will still be able to log in as usual and can set up 2-step verification with their own phone numbers.

Verifying Your Identity

After you set up 2-factor authentication, we’ll ask you to verify your identity with the phone number you added whenever you sign in to Ambrook to ensure it’s really you. After logging in with your Google account or password, we’ll send a code to your phone and you will not be able to log in until you enter the code.

If you have issues logging in, contact support for help.
