How to get in touch with our team if you have questions or issues

At Ambrook, we're committed to supporting you at every step of your bookkeeping journey. If you need assistance or have questions, there are several ways you can reach out to our team.

1. In-App Chat Support

You can use our in-app support button to get help without leaving Ambrook.

  • Step 1: Click on the "Support" button on the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

  • Step 2: This opens the support panel, where you have two options:

    • Search our Help Center: Use the “Search for help” box to search our help center articles and find solutions to common questions right away.

    • Send Us a Message: If you can't find the answer in our help center, click "Send us a message" to reach out to a member of our support team. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible!

Tip: Try to include as much information as possible about your question or issue in your message—this lets us help you faster!

2. Mobile App Chat Support

You can also access the support chat and help center via the mobile app.

  • Step 1: Touch the “Settings” button in the bottom right corner of the Ambrook app.

  • Step 2: Scroll down to the “Support” section of the Settings menu.

  • Step 3: Choose to either “Chat” to send a message to our support team, or go to the “Support Center” to view Help Center articles.

3. Email Support

You can also contact us via email at support@ambrook.com. Send us an email with as much information as possible about your question or issue, and our support team will get back to you.

Tip: Before emailing, try checking the Ambrook Help Center: It may get you answers right away.
