Ambrook cards can help you keep receipts organized, gain more insight into business-wide spend, and collaborate with your team on bookkeeping.
How to Issue Cards for Your Team
Navigate to the Wallet tab.
On the “Cards” panel, click the + button in the upper right corner.
Select a member of your organization to receive a card. If they do not already have an existing Ambrook account, select “Add Team Member” and you will be able to add them to your organization and set their roles and permissions.
Check that the address listed can accept mail via USPS, as that is where the card will be sent. Expect 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Cards and the Mobile App
An Ambrook card is best used alongside the mobile app, which prompts you and your team to tag transactions and upload receipts. If you are not receiving notifications for your card on your phone, troubleshoot by going to Settings at the bottom right of your screen and then selecting Notifications (under the “Account” section) and ensure “Mobile Push” is toggled on.
See here for instructions on how to download the mobile app.
Managing Your Team’s Cards
Each card on your Ambrook account has a profile that allows you to manage a variety of actions. In your wallet, click on a card to see more details or to change the card’s settings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any fees associated with Ambrook cards? Not at this time – your monthly membership fee includes as many cards as you’d like to issue and use.
Can I overdraft using the Ambrook card? No; since the card is a debit-secured credit card, it requires the Wallet to contain an adequate amount of funds for a purchase to go through. If your Wallet is underfunded for a purchase, the card will simply be declined and you will not be charged any fees.
What happens if someone steals and uses my card? An Ambrook card offers similar fraud protection as a standard credit card. If you experience fraud, navigate to the impacted card’s profile as soon as possible to freeze it from further use. Then reach out to our Support team, and we will partner with you to initiate and handle a dispute.
