Most login problems come down to one of three things: signing in with the wrong email, a forgotten password, or a password reset that wasn't fully completed. Work through the steps below in order before reaching out to support.
Finding the login page
To log in, go to ambrook.com and select Log in in the top right corner. You can also go directly to ambrook.com/login.
Confirming you're using the right email
The most common reason for login trouble is signing in with the wrong email address.
Double-check which email you used when you first signed up for Ambrook.
If you aren't sure, search your inbox for past messages from Ambrook to find the right address.
Try logging in again with that email.
Resetting your password
If your password isn't working:
Go to ambrook.com/login, enter your email, and select Forgot password.
Request a reset link.
Check your inbox (and your spam or junk folder) for the reset email.
Open the link and complete the reset all the way through, including setting your new password.
Log in again with your new password.
Reset links expire, so if your link no longer works, request a new one. Many users think they've reset their password but haven't clicked the final confirmation step; repeating the full reset flow usually fixes this.
Seeing a blank or unfamiliar account
If you log in and land on a blank or unexpected account, you may have signed in with a different email than the one tied to your Ambrook account.
This often happens if you previously used the Ambrook Funding Library, which can create a separate account under a different email.
Go to Settings, scroll down, and select Log out.
Log back in using the same email you used to set up your Ambrook account, not the one you may have used for the Funding Library.
Logging out and back in
If you think you're stuck in a session under the wrong account, go to Settings β Log out, then log back in with the correct email. This resolves many cases where the wrong session is loaded.
Still can't log in?
If you've confirmed your email, reset your password, checked for typos and your spam folder, and logged out and back in but still can't get in, reach out to our team. Tell us the email you're trying to use and any error message you're seeing, and we'll help get you back into your account.
