Accidentally deleting or overwriting data can be frustrating, and can be a common occurrence while bookkeeping. Ambrook’s engineering systems were designed to make sure that lost or deleted data can be recovered in as many situations as possible.

We retain data backups of your bookkeeping data, including deleted data, for a limited time. In most situations, data lost within the last 30 days can be either partially or fully recovered.

Ambrook data is backed up at least hourly, and more frequently for critical bookkeeping records like bills, invoices, payments, and transactions.

How to Recover Lost Data

  1. Write into support using our support chat or email, support@ambrook.com.

  2. Describe the data you lost in as much detail as you can.

  3. Our team will attempt to recover any lost data.
