Whether you’re reviewing customer payments every month or meeting with your CPA to start tax planning, Exports help you get the data you need from Ambrook to be able to review efficiently.

What is available in Ambrook

Go to Settings > Export to find and download any of the following reports.

  • Transactions: A download of every transaction and transaction line item on your Ledger, and associated data such as tags and split amounts. This option is great for completing a custom analysis for your business, or grouping your transactions by Schedule F category.

  • Category Totals by Month: Monthly aggregations of your transaction data, with one row per category name. You can filter this data by date range and enterprise ahead of exporting it.

  • Income Statement: A standard financial statement that shows your overall business’s revenues and expenses during a particular time period.

  • Customer-Level Reports: We also offer an Invoice Aging Summary, Customer Balance Details, and Income by Customer reports that you can use to view and collect outstanding balances as the year-end approaches.

  • Bill and Invoice Detail Reports: To dig further into your Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, we provide exports of your Invoice Line Items, Invoice Payments, Bill Line Items, and Bill Payments.
