A summary of reports available for export in Ambrook

In addition to in-app statements, there are several other exportable reports in Ambrook to help as you review.

Most of these reports can be exported into .csv, .xlsx, or .pdf formats by clicking the download button. You can also hit CTRL+P to quickly produce a printable version of the report from the in-app version of the report.


Exportable reports in Ambrook

Go to Settings > Export to find and download any of the following reports. A summary of what they’re used for and what’s included is in the below table.

General reports

Profit & Loss

Printable P&L for loan applications, grants, or year-end review with your accountant.

Filter by date range, cash or accrual basis. Reports by month, year, or quarter. Export enterprise P&Ls.

Balance Sheet

Printable balance sheet for loan applications, grants, or year-end review.

Filter by date range and select cash or accrual basis. Reports by month, year, or quarter.

Market Value Report

Printable report to generate a balance sheet that shows the market value of your inventory or other asset accounts, while still storing the cost-basis for accounting purposes. Customers on Pro can add a market value per inventory item, while customers on Build can add a market value for asset accounts without quantity/per item tracking.

Export the report as of any date, and update the market value of any asset accounts on your balance sheet.

Statement of Cash Flows

Cash flow statement for general reporting.

Filter by date range.

Transactions

Detailed list of all transactions.

Filter by account and category for detailed review.

Receipts

Review of all uploaded receipts.

Filter by date, vendor, amount, tag, contact, match status, and more.

Category Totals by Month

Monthly summary of income and expense categories.

Filter by date range and enterprise

Tax Prep Reports

Year-end tax form for agricultural businesses

Select date range, cash or accrual basis, and summary by Schedule F box or detailed by category.

Schedule C Breakdown

Year-end tax form for sole proprietors

Select date range, cash or accrual basis, and choose summary or detailed view by category.

1099 Payments

Identify and summarize payments you’ve made to vendors or contractors who may require a 1099-NEC filing.

Select date range and choose whether to include unrecorded transactions. Also choose whether to view only vendors that require a 1099-NEC filing. This excludes vendors who do not have Track 1099 Payments enabled, as well as vendors with less than $600 in payments during the selected date range.

Review outstanding balances by customer.

Income by Customer

Summary of income earned from each customer.

Filter by date range and cash or accrual basis.

Customer Statement

Send your customers a report showing the invoices they owe you, payments that have been applied, and the total amount due over a selected time period.

Filter by customer and date range.

Inventory Item Register

Use this report to track how each inventory item’s quantity and value change over time, with a running balance that reflects all related activity.

Export a summary or detailed CSV by item or inventory account, filtered by item selection and date range, to review transaction-level quantity and cost changes with running balances.

Purchases by Item

Track your purchases by item(s).

You can include archived items and select any number of items from your Items list to generate a report. On the Pro plan, you can also include inventory-only items.

Sales by Item

Track your sales by item(s).

Export a summary or detailed CSV by item.
You can include archived items and select any number of items from your Items list to generate a report. On the Pro plan, you can also include inventory-only items.

Review all account balances in one place and confirm that total debits and credits are balanced across your books

Export the report as of a specific date to validate account balances at a point in time

Wallet Statement

Summary of Ambrook Wallet activity, including payments sent and received.
