A summary of reports available for export in Ambrook

In addition to in-app statements, there are several other exportable reports in Ambrook to help as you review.

Most of these reports can be exported into .csv, .xlsx, or .pdf formats by clicking the download button. You can also hit CTRL+P to quickly produce a printable version of the report from the in-app version of the report.


Exportable reports in Ambrook

Go to Settings > Export to find and download any of the following reports. A summary of what they’re used for and what’s included is in the below table.

General reports

Profit & Loss

Printable P&L for loan applications, grants, or year-end review with your accountant.

Filter by date range, cash or accrual basis. Reports by month, year, or quarter. Export enterprise P&Ls.

Balance Sheet

Printable balance sheet for loan applications, grants, or year-end review.

Filter by date range and select cash or accrual basis. Reports by month, year, or quarter.

Statement of Cash Flows

Cash flow statement for general reporting.

Filter by date range.

Transactions

Detailed list of all transactions.

Filter by account and category for detailed review.

Receipts

Review of all uploaded receipts.

Filter by date, vendor, amount, tag, contact, match status, and more.

Category Totals by Month

Monthly summary of income and expense categories.

Invoice Reports

Invoice Aging Summary

Summary of overdue and outstanding invoices by time bucket.

Filter by customer and due date. Group by 30/60/90+ day aging.

Customer Balance Details

Review outstanding balances by customer.

Select specific customers or view all.

Income by Customer

Summary of income earned from each customer.

Filter by date range and cash or accrual basis.

Customer Statement

Send your customers a report showing the invoices they owe you, payments that have been applied, and the total amount due over a selected time period.

Filter by customer and date range.
