Adding New Tags
If while tagging you encounter a new type of transaction and want to add a new tag to your chart of accounts, you can do so directly from the tagger.
From the Tagger
Step 1: Search pre-set categories
Use the search bar at the top of the screen to look for one of our pre-set categories.
Step 2: Add the tag
If you see what you're looking for in the list, hit the (+) icon and can be added with a single click. You can also use these default categories as a starting point because they are tied to a Schedule F box, but edit the name later in Settings to fit your use case.
In Settings
Step 1: Head to Settings -> Categories
This is where you'll find all of your categories.
Step 1: Add categories
Use the +Add button to create new categories, or use the pencil to the right of each category to edit individual categories.
